Project Superintendent/Saftey Representative
Requirements
IMMEDIATE OPENING
National General Contractor seeking on-site Supervisor/Safety for building construction projects. These projects will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Station and Parris Island MCRD in Beaufort South Carolina. The individual will be responsible for on-site coordination of subcontractors, submittal preparation and review, and adherence to contractual requirements, safety enforcement and project quality control.
Required Qualifications
- Ten years construction field experience with a minimum of five years supervisory experience
- Complete knowledge of commercial building construction
- Corps of Engineer/NAVFAC Experience preferred
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of cost, scheduling, surveying, estimating and engineering principals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Safety experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safety Certification OSHA 30-hour
- First Aid/ CPR Certification
- CQC Management certification
- Federal Project Experience
