Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards for Airbnb and short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently under time constraints, and ensures each space is guest-ready, welcoming, and spotless. All of the houses will be located in Chesterhill, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rental properties between guest stays
- Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other fabrics.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Restock essential supplies (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, etc.)
- Inspect property for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report promptly.
- Ensure all appliances, lights, and amenities are functioning properly.
- Follow a checklist to maintain consistent cleaning standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet check-in deadlines.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (hotel, residential, or Airbnb)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks.
Preferred
- Experience with short-term rental turnovers.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and best practices for sanitation.
- Good communication skills and responsiveness.
Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per day
