Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in New York, NY, for the position of Social Media Ambassador. The Social Media Ambassador will manage social media accounts, create and optimize engaging content, and strategize to improve brand visibility. Regular tasks include posting updates, responding to comments, curating content, and identifying trends to amplify the group’s online presence. Collaboration with team members to create cohesive campaigns is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in Content Strategy and content creation
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
- Ability to manage and grow social media communities
- Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage industries is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
