Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Summer Intern position based in Clackamas, OR. The Summer Intern will support various departments in tasks such as assisting with fabrication processes, performing quality checks, maintaining records, and aiding in project planning. The role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic workplace focused on utility-grade steel structure production, while gaining insights into manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Interest or background in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or welding processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining project and quality records
- Keep workspace organized and documents properly secured
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
- Basic understanding of quality control practices and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications for documentation and reporting

- Pursuing education in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
