What are the responsibilities and job description for the Siding installers position at Qaulity siding?
Siding, installers needed.please read carefully.
Will train the right person.
Reliability is more important to me than anything if you're late to work or don't show up , you are useless to me.
Must know how to read a tape measure.Have your own transportation,No shared vehicles no drop offs.
Would prefer someone without dependent children. I do not offer a work-life balance. If you have appointments , you need to tell me about them within a week of the appointment. I do not accept any excuses for being late or not coming to work.Im looking for someone just focused on working and making money. Hours tend to be long in the summer.But the money is right.
Twenty per hour the first day,cash. then renegotiated , at the end of the day when i've seen what you're bringing to the table.
If you are trainable , you will quickly move to 20 percent of job.
The guy I just fired was making about 1500 a week.cash.he was still training.
If he would've taken the job seriously and not missed work all the time he would have been over two thousand a week within a month.
Once on percentage, pay is the day of completion. While on hourly pay is Friday. The average job takes four days.
Jobs are in different locations around the south bend area.
You absolutely must be able to climb ladders up to 2 stories.Although those are rare , you must be able to carry a box of siding and walkboards by yourself , averaging seventy-five to one hundred pounds. There is not a lot of this , but you must be able to do it.
There are no set start and stop times.generally start around 730 get off when the days goals are completed. Although I rarely stay after five.
I cannot express enough how important being on time and not missing work is to me. You know yourself. If you're late and miss work at your other jobs , please do not apply.
I am friendly and easy to work for as long as work is getting done.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
