Job Description:
SAP Commissions/Callidus Lead ( Solution Lead - TMIC Territory Management & Incentive Compensation ) is responsible for design, configuration, testing activities for client’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms - SAP Commissions & Callidus. These responsibilities will be distributed across Projects and Release Cycles.
Additionally, will be responsible for the delivery of approved projects through the project management framework. Needs to be able to produce detailed technical documents, configure and/or develop within the assigned applications and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform and deliver the end-to-end technical solution. Play a key role in transitioning the knowledge of the new/enhanced capabilities (including technical aspects) to the Service Delivery Teams.
Skills: -
o 4 years of SAP Commissions/Callidus Implementation experience.
o 7 years of TMIC Territory Management & Incentive Compensation experience.
o SAP Commissions HANA experience is a plus.
o Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning.
o Experience in other Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation solutions such as Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan or equivalent is a plus.
o Ability to drive IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development is a plus.
o Experience in design and deployment of Regulated applications in Medical Devices / Pharma industry is a plus.
Responsibilities: -
o Responsible for designing and implementing SAP Commissions solution to support business needs.
o Responsible for configuration and enhancement within SAP Commissions for client’s live sites.
o Perform activities following client’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
o Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within Commercial Landscape and application stack.
o Review and Govern business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.
o Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.
o Support run/sustain teams to solve new business needs and govern solution to be consistent with Commercial Global Template.
o Able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes
o Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance.
o Develop both system and technical documentation.
o Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack
o Lead and mentor IT vendor resources, and provide oversight and guidance.
Contract length: 12 months
