What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Marketing - Revenue and Growth position at QASource?
QASource is at an inflection point. We’ve built a strong foundation over 25 years. The next phase requires a step change in how we generate and convert demand in an AI-driven software market.
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to build and own that growth engine. This role has full ownership of marketing strategy and channel decisions. You will inherit an existing global marketing team and be responsible for focusing and scaling it.
This role is accountable for:
- Pipeline Creation.
- Conversion to Revenue.
- Making clear decisions on what works and what doesn’t.
You will not be measured on activity or volume.
You will be measured on pipeline quality and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own marketing-driven pipeline and its impact on revenue.
- Identify and prioritize the 2–3 channels that will drive growth.
- Stop or deprioritize what isn’t working.
- Improve conversion across the funnel (SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won).
- Align tightly with Sales on pipeline and outcomes.
- Translate our AI Assurance positioning into clear, high-conversion demand in a rapidly evolving market.
- Lead and focus a global marketing team to execute against these priorities.
What This Role Requires:
- Strong judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
- Track record of owning pipeline or revenue outcomes.
- Ability to clearly articulate pipeline owned, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Ability to simplify, prioritize, and move quickly.
- Comfort shutting down initiatives that aren’t working.
- Demonstrated history of making and defending difficult tradeoffs in channel strategy.

- Not a brand or content volume role.
- Not a “run campaigns and report metrics” role.

Salary Range:
- $140,000 - $150,000 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications).
