Supplier Development 3 Position Overview
- General knowledge of Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements
- Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
- Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
- Conducts and guides supplier assessments
- Develops current and projected work statement
- Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
- Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Develops and executes work movement plans.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Experience and Education Requisites
- Must be a U.S. person per ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) guidelines.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or a foreign person per ITAR.
- Technical Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience managing technical products and teams
- 6 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 6 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
