Business & Technical Operations Lead — Qamaria Coffee Co.
Qamaria Coffee Co. is seeking a Business & Technical Operations Lead responsible for overseeing the operational performance, systems, and strategic execution of the café.
This role focuses on business leadership and operational management, including inventory systems, staffing coordination, workflow optimization, cost control, and implementing lean operational practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The position also contributes to business strategy, operational planning, and maintaining consistent product and service standards.
Prior experience in operations management, business leadership, or managing a food service, hospitality, or retail environment is strongly preferred. Familiarity with espresso equipment and coffee preparation is helpful to support quality standards, including understanding espresso extraction and milk preparation.
The ideal candidate is professional, respectful to customers and team members, a clear communicator, skilled at resolving issues calmly, and attentive to operational and product detail.
