Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Assistant to help maintain quality records, technical documentation, and work order packages in a fast-paced manufacturing and repair environment. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working with documentation. Aviation-specific training is provided.
No aviation experience is required. We provide training for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Experience in document control, administration, manufacturing, quality, or other detail-oriented environments is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize technical manuals and controlled documents, ensuring employees always have access to the latest approved information.
- Ensure technicians have the current documentation needed to perform their work.
- Prepare and distribute work order packages and required maintenance documentation to technicians.
- Review maintenance paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Track manual revisions, document updates, and archive obsolete technical data.
- Ensure required manuals and technical references are available for servicing aircraft components and accessories.
- Assist with maintaining company quality standards and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with internal audits, corrective actions, and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain organized records and document control systems.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Technical Publications departments as needed.
- Assist in maintaining repair station manuals, procedures, and quality records.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn technical documentation processes
Preferred Experience
- Experience with document control or record keeping
- Manufacturing, quality, warehouse, administrative, or technical office experience
- Aviation or aerospace experience
- Familiarity with technical manuals or revision control
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
