What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and signature beverages
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Handle cash register and customer transactions accurately
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while staying positive and professional
- Learn menu items and confidently recommend drinks and desserts to customers
- Support teammates and help create a strong team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous café or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
