Position Overview: Copy Manager
As a Copy Manager, you will lead the creation, editing, and optimization of written content across all channels for both QAC and clients, ensuring it aligns with brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and drives results. In addition to managing day-to-day copywriting needs, you will work directly with the media team, providing strategic guidance and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive written content strategy that aligns with business goals and brand identity.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, persuasive, and on-brand copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email, advertising, and print.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials.
Campaign Management
- Partner with the marketing team to develop messaging strategies for campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust copy strategies to optimize results.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Editing & Quality Control
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a detailed style guide to ensure consistency and streamline the content creation process.
Audience Research & Insights
- Work with research analyst and social media manager to conduct audience research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
