The Career:

As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for providing daily support focused on shipping activities for fulfillment of internal and customer product orders. Work schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for pulling orders utilization material handling equipment.
- Responsible for packing outbound customer shipments according to shipment instructions and company procedures.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate transportation for shipments.
- Train and mentor other team members employees on shipping procedures.
- Label orders for shipment including dangerous goods, international, and carrier paperwork and/or labels; certifications provided when needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating to leadership appropriately.
The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license Familiarity with material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with the ability to obtain a valid forklift operator license.
- Person people want to work with.
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance with excellent work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math, reading and English communication skills.
- Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision.
- Must be available and open to the idea of cross training learning.
- Demonstrable technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ERP; prior experience with WMS preferred.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
