- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, handling L1 to L3 technical support issues.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on working experience with tools like: JIRA, ALM, BitBuket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Load Runner/Performance Center, JMeter, Jenkins, Microfocus UFT/LeanFT, Selenium, Eclipse, SharePoint, MS Office 365 Support.
- Experience with OS level administration, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting (Win 7, Win 10, Linux, Unix).
- Experience with IT Support/Helpdesk solutions (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
- Experience with content management tools (MS SharePoint, Confluence).
- Experience with installing and deploying software solutions at enterprise level.
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting Windows desktop software
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
- Teamwork skills and timelines/task priority strong awareness.
- Ability to work in challenging international, multinational teams and manage own time.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline.
- Patience, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Delivery focused, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn new systems and business lines.
