We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Lead painting projects on general facilities upkeep to enhance the appearance and functionality of the premises.
- Lead Floor Care Projects: stripping, waxing and buffing
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Interpret schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client needs promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repairs.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience operating tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members.
