Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Warehouse Packaging & Shipping Associate, located in Kent, WA. We are looking for a hands-on and dependable to manage daily order fulfillment, packaging, and carrier coordination for our eCommerce operations.
This role is focused on accurate order packing, shipment preparation, and working directly with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to ensure all orders are shipped on time and meet delivery deadlines.
You will play a key role in making sure every package leaves correctly, on schedule, and in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- Experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail (zero-error mindset)
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to communicate with carriers and resolve basic shipping issues
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Able to lift packages and stay active throughout shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or packaging are advantageous.
