Restaurant Manager- Hiring for Multiple Locations

This description applies across all FOH management levels —  The scope of responsibility, level of autonomy, and breadth of accountability grow with each level, but the core mission is the same: lead your team, own your shift, and ensure every guest leaves with a reason to come back.

What we need from you:

• 3 years of management experience including supervisory responsibility over other managers
• Experience managing a full bar program in a full-service environment
• Ability to own P&L functions in partnership with the GM
• Demonstrated ability to develop frontline managers and build leadership pipelines
• Proficient with Micros, Microsoft Excel, and proper hiring practices

Salary : $62,000 - $90,000
