The Busser ensures Q39 guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house. This role supports servers by clearing tables, resetting stations, replenishing supplies, and adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols. the Busser plays a critical role in delivering fast and efficient table turnover and reinforcing Q39's high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and sanitize tables and chairs promptly after guest departure.
- Reset tables with proper silverware, set ups and neatly align chairs.
- Support bartenders by monitoring and assisting with clearing when needed.
- Support servers by communicating guest needs and relaying messages.
- Ensure cleanliness of restaurant floors and public area by regularly sweeping and promptly addressing spills
- Use gloves and approved and sanitizing solutions according to health and safety guidelines
- Perform assigned side work and prepare station for shift changes
- Conduct hourly restroom checks and maintain cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and welcoming exterior by removing trash, debris, and cigarette butts from the parking lot and surrounding entryways.
- Collaborate with the FOH team to create a seamless and excellent guest experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport dishes and equipment
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player who communicates effectively
