We are currently seeking concrete finishers in the NE, IA, and SD areas!!

CONCRETE FINISHER – NE – SD - IA

A successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, or form
• Grade dirt and concrete efficiently and
• Clean construction site to eliminate possible
• Assist to align, straighten, plumb and square forms for
• Build curb
• Ability to understand current and changing ADA
• Prepare, form and pour proper ADA compliant ramps that pass inspection prior to pour and after completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively with inspectors and
• Collaborate and teach crew members to successfully restore ADA
• Dependable and able to perform physically demanding work while being exposed to outside weather conditions; specifically, standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to successfully pass pre-employment and random drug testing per company policy and Federal Department of Transportation regulations
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds on a daily and continual basis
• Current driver’s license with no restrictions
• Willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety regulations
• Distance and peripheral vision
• Able to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Requirements:

• Possession of Commercial Driver's license (CDL) or willingness to obtain company paid CDL.
• Ability to obtain company paid Federal Medical Card
• Close vision may be required for some functions

Work Environment

• Employees will be subject to outside weather conditions such as humidity, cold, heat, moisture, and wind.
• Noise levels can at times become loud
• Employees are frequently exposed to slow- or fast-moving

Compensation:

• $26-$32/hr. based on experience (Union Package and Benefits are offered)

Q3C is a drug-free environment. All candidates are subject to drug testing. These positions require compliance with the company and Federal Department of Transportation (FMSCA or PHMSA) drug testing policies and procedures for both pre-employment and continuing random testing.
