The Job At-A-Glance :

Q2 is seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to support our cross-sales team for partner solutions predominantly in the Fraud space. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and client needs, providing pre-sales technical support, solution demonstrations, and domain expertise to existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services, fintech solutions, and enterprise technology in the Fraud space, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A Typical Day :

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to showcase product capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on best practices, implementation strategies, and industry trends.
  • Partner with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on market demands and customer requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation to support the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Fraud offerings, including APIs, cloud platforms, analytics tools, and regulatory compliance features. to name a few.
  • Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.
  • Provide competitive analysis and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Strong understanding of Fraud solutions, banking, payments, capital markets, wealth management, or regulatory technology (RegTech).
  • Experience with API-driven platforms, SaaS solutions, cloud computing, and data security principles.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for financial services clients.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
