- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Design, implement, customize, and maintain ITSM, HRSD, SPO modules, and scoped applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Possess 10–12 years of experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow across areas such as ITSM (including HRSD and SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and scoped application solutions.
- Have experience in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
- Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
