- API Integration: Architect and build secure RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with modern front-end architectures and backend data systems.
- Signal Processing & Data Analysis: Apply digital signal processing (DSP) concepts and advanced statistical analysis methodologies to incoming data streams.
- Code Quality & Reliability: Write clean, efficient, and highly reusable code adhering to PEP 8 best practices. Implement rigorous unit, integration, and API testing frameworks.
- Database & DevOps Operations: Own database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL). Collaborate with DevOps to manage containerization (Docker) and support cloud deployment pipelines.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science (CS) from an accredited US university.
- Statistical Rigour (Top Priority): A strong background in Statistics or Mathematics. PhD candidates with a statistics-focused research pedigree or Master's holders with deep statistical analysis expertise are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Solid understanding or direct exposure to Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
- Experience with heavy data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) or machine learning pipelines.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, cloud automation).
