Essential Skills:
- Creating and maintaining a single, trusted view of key master data (such as client’s customer, dealer) and integrating that data across ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge with MDM hub configuration with ETL API integration, data quality, and close collaboration with business and data governance teams.
- Design, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM hubs, including data models, match merge, survivorship, and workflows.
- Build and support integrations between MDM and source target systems using Informatica PowerCenter or Cloud Data Integration, APIs, and messaging where needed.
- Implement data quality rules, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
- Perform source system analysis, data mapping, and data migration into the MDM hub during onboarding and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with data governance, architects, and business stakeholders to define master data domains, standards, and policies, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration and MDM issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing operational support and documentation.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (on prem or IDMCC360B360), including configuration and customization.
- Strong data integration experience with Informatica PowerCenter and or Informatica Cloud Data Integration, plus familiarity with RESTSOAP APIs and web services.
- Solid background in SQL and relational databases, plus data modeling for master data domains.
- Working knowledge of Informatica Data Quality and related governance metadata tools (e.g., IDQ, CDQ, CDGC, Collibra or similar).
- Understanding of ETL, batch and real time integration patterns, and event-driven or pub sub architectures (Kafka, Event Hub, etc.) for near real-time MDM integration.
