QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is growing and adding a 2nd Shift! We’re looking for a Material Handler to join our team.
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Summary
This role supports production, shipping, and inventory operations by receiving, organizing, and delivering materials to the correct departments on time.
Essential Duties:
• Receive, move, organize, and deliver materials to workstations, departments, and designated storage areas
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or other approved material-handling equipment
• Complete basic computer entries related to inventory movement and order picking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work area in accordance with company standards
• Follow safety procedures, hazardous material handling requirements, and applicable waste-management regulations
• Participate in safety programs and support the goal of zero incidents and injuries
• Communicate clearly and consistently with appropriate team members regarding material movement and related activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in production and inspections; identifies potential defects or malfunctions before they become issues
• Forklift Operation: Able to operate a forklift
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock rotation, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Color Recognition: Able to recognize all colors in a normal spectrum
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Physical and Environmental Elements:
This is a production classification, and employees work indoors and outdoors (in all seasons) with exposure to noise, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery. Accurate hand/eye coordination is required. Finger dexterity is required, as well as hand strength, with the ability to grasp, lift, push and pull. Work involves considerable climbing, twisting, bending, squatting and kneeling for long periods of time. May lift parts that weigh up to 50 pounds. Need to have the ability to ascend and descend a ladder and/or scaffolding. Employees may be required to wear PPE to perform the essential functions of their job safely.
Compensation and Benefits:

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
