This role is the perfect mix of guest service and behind-the-scenes operations. You'll welcome late-arriving guests, help anyone who needs assistance overnight, and complete the nightly financial audit that prepares the hotel for the next day.

What You'll Do
🌙 Welcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service
🌙 Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnight
🌙 Complete the hotel's nightly audit and balance daily transactions
🌙 Run reports and prepare the property for the morning team
🌙 Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming
🌙 Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests
🌙 Communicate important notes for the morning management team

✔ Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems

Schedule
This position works overnight shifts ( 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Applicants must be comfortable working overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
