Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly and provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist guests with their requests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Handle guest complaints gracefully and efficiently, seeking resolution to enhance their experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper communications.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and ready for guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a can-do attitude.
- Basic computer skills and competency is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be available to work the following shifts:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
