We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and legal or procurement partners to ensure contract terms are clearly defined, understood and enforced.

Important Work Tasks:
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting support, review, execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout
- Ensure contract terms align with Q-Free’s business objectives, project requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation
Contract Review & Risk Management
- Review contracts for compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements
- Identify contractual risks and work with internal stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies
- Track obligations, milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates to ensure compliance
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related matters with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with project managers, operations, finance, and procurement teams to support the company’s initiatives
- Support negotiations by coordinating feedback, clarifying terms, and documenting agreed changes
Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Monitor contract value, pricing, and payment terms in coordination with finance
- Review invoices and ensure billing aligns with contractual terms and approved scope
- Support change orders, claims, and dispute resolution as needed
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local requirements (as applicable to company projects)
- Support audits, internal reviews, and reporting related to contract performance and compliance
- Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices for contract management
- Basic corporate matters
- Insurance renewal and certificate management
- Business licenses and state corporation registrations
Quality & HSE
- Driving compliance
- Identifying nonconformances, ensuring they are registered and that ownership is taken within the organization
- Driving Risk Management
- Performing internal quality audits per year
Your Experience and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or commercial management
- Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial risk, and compliance principles
- Excellent attention to detail and document management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or document tracking tools
Preferred:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or coursework in law or regulatory compliance
- Experience supporting contracts in infrastructure, transportation, ITS, or technology environments
- Familiarity with public‑sector, DOT, or government‑funded contracts
- Experience working with procurement, legal counsel, or compliance teams
