What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL-A Truck Driver position at Q&B TRUCKING FLEET LLC?
We are hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a local intermodal position in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a company driver position with daily home time and no-touch freight.
Pay
- $15.00 per hour
- $12.50 per stop
- $24.50 per load based on an average of two stops per load
- $1,300–$1,700 average weekly earnings
- Approximately 60–70 hours per week
- Approximately 1,000 miles per week
Schedule
- Home daily
- Day and night shifts available
- Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Weekend work
- Holiday work is optional
- Average 10–12 hour shifts
Job Duties
- Transport intermodal containers placed on bare chassis at the ramp
- Drop and hook freight
- Preloaded freight
- Live load and live unload
- Approximately 3–8 loads per day, depending on available work
- Local freight within approximately a 1–65 mile radius
- Routes may include Grantsville, Ogden and Bear River City
- No driver-assist loads
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 3 months of experience
- Experienced drivers accepted
- Company driver position
Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,700.00 per week
