Position Overview:
The HR & People Operations Coordinator is one of the most important positions in our company.
You'll help recruit, hire, onboard, and support more than 200 employees while ensuring our office operations run smoothly. Because hiring is essential to our success, you'll play a direct role in helping our operations team stay fully staffed and our customers receive outstanding service.
We're looking for someone with a high level of energy, urgency, and initiative. Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, enjoys improving systems, follows through on commitments, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Hiring
- Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms
- Review applications and proactively identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring
- Process background checks and employment paperwork
- Keep the hiring pipeline moving to fill open positions quickly
Employee Onboarding
- Welcome new employees and guide them through the onboarding process
- Review company policies, expectations, and training materials
- Ensure all hiring documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate new hire orientation and required certifications
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Track certifications, training, and compliance requirements
- Update employee information in WinTeam, Monday.com and other HR systems
- Assist with employee questions and HR documentation
Translation & Employee Support
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking employees
- Translate documents and assist with verbal communication when needed
- Help create a positive employee experience throughout the organization
Administrative Support
- Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
- Assist with scheduling, reports, and office organization
- Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Recivable and Payroll operations
- Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements

- Is bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Has experience in HR, recruiting, administration, or a similar role.

- Learns new technology quickly and is comfortable using Microsoft Office, WinTeam, Monday.com, and other business software.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
