We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our Commercial Team. This role is critical in analyzing freight rates, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuring profitability while meeting customer needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize freight forwarding pricing strategies for air, sea, and road shipments.
- Negotiate with carriers, shipping lines, and partners to secure competitive rates.
- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations, ensuring alignment with margin targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and trade lane dynamics.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, pricing, or logistics (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with shipping lines, carriers, and freight cost structures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
