Job Description
The role of the Material Handler is to assist with the inventory management and distribution of products by loading/unloading shipments, pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished product.

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
Prior Experience Working In a Warehouse Environment, Preferred.
Technical Skills. Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Core People Skills. Ability to positively interact and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization. Genuine with high ethical standards, values, personal integrity and honesty. Ability to apply a large measure of common sense to a variety of situations.
Communication Skills. Ability to speak clearly, listen and obtain clarification when needed, and respond well to questions. Proficiency in writing clearly and concisely.
Computer/Applications Skills. Possess basic computer skills and the ability to learn/use variety of hardware/ software applications systems, including RF Plus, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Core Business Skills. Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion in handling proprietary and confidential information. Ability to work independently, without significant direction and to use resources effectively to “figure it out”. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, judgment and keen attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional prioritization, time management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. Must be able to multi-task, and manage and adapt to multiple, shifting priorities.

While performing the essential responsibilities of this position, Team Member generally will work in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. Periodic exposure to outdoor environment through open doors. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as approved footwear, respirators, safety glasses/goggles, may be required.
Additional Information
The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $18.15 - $22.15 benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.

Job Description

- Promptly respond to requests for transport of materials.
- Transport and stage work in progress (WIP) using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Verify material size, treatment level, and count; compare identifying information to required material on work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Safely and efficiently prioritize and perform the movement of inventory throughout the warehouses, including{{:}}
- Moving raw material and products withing the plants.
- Preparing appropriate packing materials for all products.
- Consolidating and organizing all parts and pieces.
- Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory, as needed.
