GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of three (3) year of warehousing experience, required.
2. Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse leadership experience, preferred.
3. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, required.
4. OSHA Certified, required or able to obtain within one (1) month of employment.
5. Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification within one (1) month of employment.
6. Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class “B” with Hazmat endorsement within one (1) year.
7. Must be able to receive clearance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives
(BATFE).
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
10. Self-motivated and dependable, with strong follow-through and a team-first work ethic.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Support the Warehouse Manager by leading day-to-day floor activity, assigning tasks, and helping ensure
work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
2. Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff, including coaching on procedures, safety standards, and
workflow expectations.
3. Promote a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment and assist with enforcing OSHA and
company safety policies.
4. Assist with asset tracking by ensuring equipment is properly scanned, checked in/out, transferred, and
returned according to process.
5. Support staff training on the asset tracking system to ensure accurate transactions and accountability.
6. Assist with receiving, pickup, tracking, and return of rental equipment (vehicles, radios, electronics, etc.).
7. Support scheduling updates by helping maintain the Production Schedule for truck pickups, returns, and
equipment readiness.
8. Assist with loading and unloading fireworks-related vehicles/containers and staging materials properly for
operations.
9. Verify inbound and outbound fireworks shipments for accuracy and ensure required paperwork is
completed and entered into the ERP system (or provided to Operations for entry).
10. Assist with returned product verification and magazine inventory documentation to support BATFE
compliance and audit readiness.
11. Help ensure product storage, recordkeeping, and magazine standards meet BATFE requirements; support
inspections as needed.
12. Assist with routine maintenance and upkeep of vehicles, equipment, and facility grounds, including
coordinating with vendors (landscaping/snow removal) as directed.
13. Communicate equipment issues, repair needs, and operational concerns to the Warehouse Manager;
coordinate with the Virginia Warehouse Manager when instructed.
14. Collaborate with Show Production and Electronic Technology teams to support equipment readiness and
operational timelines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to sit or stand for 8-12 hours.
2. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
3. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
