Job Role: Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience Required:
- 5 years of hands-on experience developing BI dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI
- 5 years hands-on experience with Databricks, data modeling through the Medallion Architecture, cluster management, optimizations, DLT pipelines
- 5 years of experience writing advanced SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting purposes
- 5 years of experience developing operational and paginated reports in Power BI Report Builder
- 5 years of experience supporting report conversion or reporting modernization initiatives
- 5 years of experience working with Databricks, cloud analytics platforms, or enterprise data warehouse environments
- 5 years of experience validating and reconciling report data between legacy and modern reporting platforms
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting reporting issues, identifying root causes, and resolving data discrepancies
- 5 years of experience working with large and complex enterprise datasets across multiple functional areas
- 5 years of experience gathering reporting requirements and working directly with business stakeholders during design and testing activities
- 5 years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and report review processes
- 5 years of experience developing executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytical reporting solutions
- 5 years of experience with HR, Payroll, Financial, or operational reporting environments
- 5 years of experience working in Agile or project-based development environments
Certifications include:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
