The Opportunity We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the vital bridge between our US-based stakeholders and our offshore engineering and testing teams, turning complex product requirements into high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with at least one Salesforce product (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SFMC, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
