Job Description:
A full-time IT End user Communications Expert is needed on site at the customer's Corporate Office location in Falls Church, VA for at six months. The resource must work on site for critical client facing and must be a US Citizen to support this US Aerospace & Defense contractor. This is a fully billable position and requires US Citizenship with a background check. Strong business acumen and client facing skills are needed. Attention to detail is a must. Strong verbal and written skills are mandatory. The customer has several projects in the pipeline and requests assistance with end-user communications and training. The resource will work closely with the customer CIO and his two directors: Infrastructure Services and Applications Services. This support requires considerable documentation, training, process changes (example Citrix for Business Continuity) and educating senior staff end users.
• In summary, the role is to develop, manage, update plans, and prepare the Support team for new product/service releases. Prepare IT and end user documents, orientation and training for executive and general staff for the following initiatives:
o IE 11 and Chrome Roll Out
o Good Upgrade
o Piloting new laptops for selection
o EMM Project
o BCP Readiness – Citrix Solution
o Wireless Rollout
o BoardVantage
o VPN Replacement (Juniper)
