Pyramid is looking for a detail-oriented high-performing Business Analyst that can work in a fast-pace multi-team agile environment. Responsibilities including gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and translating business requirements and functions into well-organized designs and user stories.
- Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs
- Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements
- Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities
- Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solution
- Provide relevant job-related content in support of proposal efforts as required
Lead requirements gathering and negotiate specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to building relationships with users, customers and suppliers
- Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tool
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship Required**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 or more years of experience in information technology, business, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Process (ITIL, ITSM, PMI) experience a plus

The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
