What You’ll Do
- Build your own book of business - Self Generated leads are expected.
- Run company-provided leads and convert at a high rate
- Inspect roofs, document findings, and provide estimates
- Build relationships with homeowners throughout the sales cycle
- Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM updated
- Follow up, close deals, and deliver a smooth handoff to production
- Be the face of our brand in your assigned territory
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress against targets.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in residential roofing sales preferred but we'll train the right person for the job.
- Strong communication and people skills
- A self-starter mentality: competitive, disciplined, hungry
- Ability to prospect and network
- Understanding of roofing systems, insurance claims, and estimating is a plus
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license
