Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Department: Leadership | Reports to: General Manager
We’re seeking a seasoned Controller to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting operations for our organization. This role is a key member of the executive team and a true business partner to operations and department leaders—mentoring the accounting team, teaching best practices, and collaborating across the company to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead month-end and year-end close and deliver accurate, timely financial statements
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with executive-level insight
- Oversee cash flow, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
- Supervise AP, AR, payroll, job costing, and general ledger functions
- Mentor, develop, and elevate the accounting team through hands-on leadership
- Partner with leadership and operations to improve processes and support strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP systems
- CPA/CMA, audit experience, or system implementation experience preferred
