Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary Range:
$53,000-55,000 (based on education, licensure, and experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a
PHP Therapist
to join our adolescent treatment team. This role involves working with
teens and tweens with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns
, providing compassionate care through group, individual, and family therapy while fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions with adolescents.
• Conduct level-of-care assessments and recommend appropriate services.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Address clients' behavioral, emotional, and substance use needs through therapy and crisis intervention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards.
• Evaluate client progress and participate in treatment team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and supervision.
• Maintain ethical boundaries and promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic space for adolescents.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure: PA license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) preferred or license-eligible.

• Experience:

• Clinical experience providing therapy in both group and individual settings with adolescents.

• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma, substance use, and behavioral challenges.
