Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
High Focus Centers, formerly Onward Behavioral Health, is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team in Lansdale. We provide high-quality outpatient treatment for individuals facing mental health, substance use, and eating disorders, and have built a strong reputation across eastern Pennsylvania for delivering exceptional care to both adolescents and adults.
Position Overview
As a Mental Health Technician, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients. This position includes direct client interaction as well as operational support to ensure daily programming runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, observe, and engage with clients in a supportive and professional manner
- Transport clients to and from programming as needed
- Support clinical and program staff with daily operations
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment, including assisting during crisis situations
- Reinforce treatment goals and support implementation of individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with team members through verbal updates and written documentation
- Attend team meetings, site meetings, and required trainings
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
- Observe and report client behaviors and needs to the clinical team
- Help orient new clients to the program and daily structure
- Complete general support tasks such as stocking supplies and coordinating program needs
- Engage with clients during meals and downtime to promote a positive, therapeutic community
- Ensure appropriate client supervision at all times
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold a supportive environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Previous experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting
