Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake process for new clients entering the program.
- Communicate important updates to staff verbally or through written communication logs; maintain detailed client documentation.
- Listen to clients regarding all areas of treatment and help maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when needed.
- Coordinate client activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
- Conduct mandatory bed checks per departmental guidelines and complete required documentation.
- Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
- Conduct client searches upon returning to the facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
