Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Adult PHP Therapist to join our dedicated Center City team. This role involves providing compassionate care through group, individual, and family therapy while fostering a positive, therapeutic environment for clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct level-of-care assessments
- Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and staff
- Address clients’ behavioral and emotional needs through therapy and crisis intervention
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with program standards
- Evaluate client progress and attend meetings to ensure continuity of care
- Support other programming needs as appropriate
- Participate in training, staff meetings, and supervision as required
- Uphold ethical boundaries and promote a safe therapeutic space
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience:
- Providing counseling services in group and individual settings with adults
- Proficiency in addressing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, suicidality, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges
- Family therapy experience preferred
