Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts screenings and Level of Care Assessments. Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of care based on Level of Care Assessments and/or ASAM criteria. Completes assessment, admission and other treatment introductory paperwork. Manage admission pre-certification with funding sources. For employees requiring supervision clinical accommodations will be included. Other duties as assigned.
