High Focus Centers in Norwalk is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Norwalk we are currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support our staff and clients.   • Address: 17 High Street, Norwalk CT
  • Salary Range: $68,000/year - $70,000/year
  • Schedule: Full time, In-person

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected

  • Provide oversight of day-to-day operations in the delivery of behavioral health services under the direction of the Program Supervisor.
  • Provide supervision and instruction as necessary
  • Assess clinical competency and professional capabilities of clinicians, both licensed and unlicensed
  • Provide performance evaluations and facilitate group and individual clinical supervision as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between onsite clinical staff and Program Supervisors.
  • Helps clinicians identify professional development goals for the year, and collaboratively monitors progress toward those goals.
  • Complete chart audits for documentation compliance as directed by the Program Supervisor.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education/Licensure

  • REQUIRED: LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, or CADC / LCADC (for chemical dependency programs)
