- Address: 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV
- Hourly Rate: $15/hour (before shift differentials!)
- Schedule: Part Time Friday - Sunday 6:30am-3pm or Friday - Sunday 2:30pm-11pm
- Complete the intake process with new clients into program
- Maintains client documentation
- Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
- Coordination of client activities
- Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
- Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
- Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
- Assists with the dietary needs of clients
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
