Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA
Salary: $54,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In-Person)

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily PHP group therapy sessions focused on anxiety management and emotional regulation using evidence-based modalities.
- Conduct clinical assessments and assist in determining the appropriate level of care.
- Provide individual therapy and support as part of the PHP and step-down continuum of care.
- Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Participate in clinical meetings to review client progress, share insights, and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Complete insurance reviews and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Support program operations and assist with other clinical or administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with completion of a clinically based internship or practicum required.
- Experience: Prior experience treating adults with anxiety or mood disorders strongly preferred.
