Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to manage the front office and support our operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and excited about contributing to our mission, we invite you to apply for this amazing opportunity!
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office of the facility.
- Oversee medical records filing, transcription, and the transfer of records.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
- Assemble and maintain updated client packets.
- Assist with the intake process and billing sheets.
- Correspond with referral sources.
- Attend staff meetings and take minutes.
- Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance needs.
- Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office.
- Complete all reports and maintain the policy and procedure book.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience preferred.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
