Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $20-23 per hour
Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized provider of behavioral health services, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are excited to open our newest treatment center in Agawam, MA, focused on Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team during the startup phase of a new facility and play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a mission-driven treatment program.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility. This role provides administrative and operational support to both clinical and leadership teams through effective communication, organization, and coordination of office processes.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain office equipment including printers, scanners, fax machines, and computers
- Answer phones, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Communicate with staff, clients, and external partners to provide information and assist with inquiries
- Maintain and update filing systems, inventories, and administrative databases
- Compile, sort, and file records related to business transactions and operational activities
- Provide administrative support during onsite training sessions and meetings
- Assist with audits and help ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards
- Support office organization and day-to-day operational efficiency
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior administrative experience required
- Experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting
