Essential Duties And Responsibilities
What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish room, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
- Remove trash and recycling, following proper waste disposal procedures.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, floors, drains, walls, and other surfaces as directed.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Support chefs and cooks by keeping workstations stocked and ready for service.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food & Beverage team.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
