Key Responsibilities
- Clean and vacuum guest rooms thoroughly to meet high cleanliness standards
- Collect and transport soiled linens for laundering
- Make beds and ensure rooms are neat, orderly, and guest-ready
- Restock room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, beverages)
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere in all guest rooms
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Housekeeping Director.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Flexible with scheduling; availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
